How to write a successful paper three question

The questions on this paper require you to complete a series of shot answer responses involving calculations and other numerical analysis, as well as a 10 mark policy response paper.

The policy response

This is a 10 mark essay question where you will have to come up with a specific and appropriate policy that addresses the issue addressed in the question.  One thing to avoid when answering the policy response paper is the temptation to include more than one policy, when the question asks you to identify just one.  Having identified the policy e.g. expansionary fiscal policy or a price support scheme, identify the policy, then explain how and why the policy may be effective, before evaluating any limitation/weakness of the policy.
