1. Intenta desarrollar estrategias de autoregulación emocional: por ejemplo, puedes aprender a controlar tu respiración, si centras la atención en tu respiración, puedes no solo relajarte, pero también modular tu atención hacia la tarea por venir, a sentirte capaz de hacerlo. 3. Lee las instrucciones con mucho cuidado. Estas son en realidad una guía de lo que vas a escuchar.
