Two blocks are pushed apart by a spring, how fast will they move?

Two isolated masses are connected by a spring which has been compressed and held in with two bits of string.

The strings are cut and the force exerted on the purple block is measured. The graph of force vs time is shown below:

Calculate the velocity of the green block after 1 s.
